TRADITIONAL USE

Chamomile has been used for a variety of medicinal applications, including digestive health, headache, and colic in babies.

This all-purpose herb has been used to treat everything from digestive health to irregular periods to bronchitis and it is an old-fashioned remedy to calm nervousness.

FOLKLORE & HISTORY

Chamomile is one of the most ancient medicinal herbs. The Egyptians dedicated chamomile to their sun gods because the flower reminded them of the sun.

The Romans also dedicated chamomile to their gods, bathed in it, walked on it and used it medicinally.
