TRADITIONAL USE

Dandelion leaves were often made into a tea to aid digestion.

Dandelion leaf has traditionally been used as a diuretic, to increase the amount of urine and eliminate fluid in the body.

FOLKLORE & HISTORY

Dandelion has been valued since ancient times for its healing properties.

The first known written record of dandelions being used medicinally dates back to the 10th and 11th Centuries. It first appeared in European history in the 13th Century when it was used by the Welsh.
